Our Mission / Aim

To impart quality education. We, the teachers at Sameer Vakilna Private Tutorials, always emphasised on imparting knowledge-based education rather than Exam based education. Even today, we are continuing on the Path and Principles laid by our founding members of the classes.

OUR HISTORY

Vakilna Classes, was started by Late Shri Anil Vakilna in 1982. We had only 2 students in the first year. We started with school section helping students in all subjects. Many of our siblings, cousins and friends extended their support in developing our classes. It has been a long journey of 37 years.
Vakilna Classes slowly metamorphized into Sameer Vakilna Private Tutorials as our target students changed from school students to College students and finally to Engineering Students.

Sameer Vakilna

Mathematics is the favourite subject of Sameer Vakilna. In school, he used to get disappointed even if he lost 1 mark in his mathematics paper. Mathematical knowledge / skill is a God’s gift to him.
He did his schooling from Dhanamal School at Kandivali (West), Junior College from Jai Hind College, Churchgate.
He did his graduation in PRODUCTION ENGINEERING from K. J. Somaiya college, Vidyavihar. He was awarded a Gold Medallion for his excellent academic performance at K. J. Somaiya college.
In spite of being physically handicapped, his zest for life has not diminished. He is still working almost 10-12 hours per day by teaching students and preparing the paper solutions.
All the 600 MU Engineering Question Paper solutions are typed and prepared by him.
